Adam Rowley Psychotherapy Practice
About
I offer weekly psychotherapy in person and online, working with individuals who are struggling and who want to live more fully: to understand themselves, feel better in their relationships, and find greater ease, confidence, and meaning in their lives.
I am a psychotherapist in advanced clinical training, undertaking a five-year MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute, London – accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). My work is existential in orientation and grounded in relational practice – offering a consistent, thoughtful space to explore emotional and relational experience in depth.
I am also a qualified mindfulness teacher, having completed a two-year teacher training pathway with the Mindfulness Association, and am a Listed Teacher with the British Association for Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA).

Consulting Room
I offer sessions both online and in person. In-person appointments are held on Wednesdays at Therapy Space East, a well-established practice in Shoreditch, East London.
